A bit drier than some of the biltong brands I’m used to, but that’s not necessarily a problem, it reminds me a bit more of a jerky product.

The heat level isn’t too high, and my 2-year-old tried some, and whilst he didn’t want to eat it properly, I’m surprised it didn’t make him cry. It’s definitely at the heat level that will appeal to a mass market.
